BXC Dock Services offers durable curtain dock shelters that shield loading and unloading zones from harsh outdoor elements. These shelters fit a range of truck sizes and adapt to varying exposure levels, making them ideal for facilities with changing weather or sensitive cargo. They help prevent the entry of air, moisture, and fumes while improving energy efficiency. The retractable vertical design allows the shelter to lift if a truck misaligns, minimizing impact damage. Built to resist moisture, abrasion, and UV-related wear.
The heavy-duty curtain material is built for high resistance against friction. Integrated springs allow the shelter to move with the vehicle, reducing wear over time.
Technical Features
Our curtain dock shelters include:
1. A durable frame built from extruded anodized aluminum and reinforced with a galvanized steel rear frame.
2. Hinged arms connect the frames, allowing the structure to tilt upward if the truck backs in incorrectly—protecting both the equipment and the vehicle.
3. The entire steel frame is wrapped in a continuous fabric that seals out drafts and rain. Water is channeled to the sides to avoid leaks during loading.
4. Flaps consist of polyester fiber topped with PVC. Side curtains are designed for lengthwise flexibility while maintaining their shape across the width. Warning strips on the flaps help drivers align the vehicle.
5. Its compact design (2000×2600) enhances adaptability, making it suitable for nearly any truck model or loading configuration.
