We know how important your loading dock is to your business. Our Planned Maintenance Services give your dock equipment a regular service routine. Scheduled inspections, adjustments and lubrication keep it working, and let us find worn or broken parts before they fail.

Replacement Parts
To minimize your downtime, we carry the most common replacement parts, so most repairs can be done the same day.
For parts orders, contact us with the part numbers and quantities. If you don’t know a part number, send us a photo and a description of your equipment, and we will find the part for you.
We carry OEM and aftermarket parts for most major brands, including Blue Giant, Copperloy, DLM, Kelley, Kelley Atlantic, McGuire, Nordock, Pentalift, Pioneer, Poweramp, Rite-Hite, Serco and Vestil.
Your Service Records
- A map of your dock with every unit numbered, so each service request points to the right unit
- Each unit’s maker, model, serial number, type and size, kept up to date
- Every inspection’s results, the work done and any work still needed, with a copy to you after each visit
