Recessed Edge of Dock Levelers
Most edge of dock levelers mount on the dock face with no pit and install in about two hours. Some customers need the whole leveler embedded in a small concrete pit instead. Recessing saves critical indoor truck parking, and it solves docks that sit too close to the overhead door, where the leveler’s projection would keep the door from closing. We build the pit and install the leveler in-house: demolition and pit forms on day 1, the concrete pour on day 2, and on day 3 we strip the forms and install the leveler. A recessed edge of dock leveler is typically in service in under four working days.

Our most common service is the repair and rebuilding of edge of dock (EOD) levelers. Whether your equipment needs a single part replaced or a complete mechanical overhaul, we restore your units to full working order at a fraction of the cost of new equipment.
We also specialize in restoring seized hinges that fuse from severe rust buildup and halt your dock operations. We cut the hinge open, flush the rust, lubricate the assembly, free the pin, and weld it closed for lasting performance.
Dock Curb Reconstruction
When concrete cracks, the steel C-channel or curb angle at the dock edge can detach from the building, pulling the edge of dock (EOD) leveler loose. We completely rebuild the dock curb by cutting out damaged concrete, installing new rebar, setting a new C-channel or curb angle with headed concrete anchors welded to the rebar, pouring fresh concrete, and securely remounting the edge of dock leveler on the new solid steel dock curb.

We straighten them, grind the old weld off the block and the face, then reposition, weld, and anchor them. Every weld gets touched up with anti-rust paint for long-lasting durability.

Secure your equipment and prevent dangerous, costly leveler shift during loading. When the welds holding the leveler to the dock face break, we straighten it, clean the surfaces, reposition, and re-weld it to ensure a solid connection to your building.
Transition plates
Reinforce your dock edge for your heaviest daily workloads. We install transition plates as a second layer of structural reinforcement to the entire dock edge assembly, reducing the risk of the EOD or the C-channel detaching from the dock face under heavy loads.
