Cleaning of your dock leveler pit
We clean your leveler pit on every scheduled visit. A clean pit protects the working parts and extends their service life. A dirty pit clogs those parts, slows the leveler’s movement and causes rapid wear through rust and corrosion.
Inspection of your equipment
Our technicians are experts at finding potential troubles, breakdowns waiting to happen. If we find problems, we fix them at your request, saving you big problems down the road. We look for:

Lubrication
Nearly everything at your loading dock needs lubrication, but not all of it, and not the same way. Different parts take different lubricants, and some should never be lubricated at all — grease on a hinge that was designed to run dry attracts grit and wears it faster than no lubricant would. Done right, lubrication protects components from wear, moisture and corrosion, and keeps levelers, doors and restraints moving smoothly through a longer service life.

Record keeping
To ensure program performance, a service record will be created for your company containing:
1. A map indicating all your dock equipment assigned number/name and physical locations. This avoids confusion when requesting services.
2. All dock equipment information will be recorded and kept up to date. Manufacturer model, serial number, type, size and other essential data in the record will provide quick action of personnel and equipment to correctly perform the services needed.
3. Detail of all inspections, results, actions taken and any possible required actions will be recorded in our files and a copy will be provided to our customers after each inspection.
