FAQs

What installation services do you provide?

We install both new and used loading dock and material handling equipment, including dock levelers, dock lifts, dock seals and shelters, overhead doors, safety barriers, bollards and dock bumpers. We also rebuild the dock face itself — installing new C-channel and curb angle where the concrete and steel have failed. Every system is installed for safety, durability and long service life.

Yes. We handle structural concrete work at the loading dock, including dock face and dock edge repair, failed curb angle and C-channel replacement, and full pit construction and repair. We also do slab and floor work throughout the warehouse, in the dock area and at the drive approach. Work includes forming, rebar, welding new steel to the dock face and pouring back to a straight, square edge that supports the leveler and takes truck impact.

Absolutely. Older dock equipment is often well built and worth keeping, and a retrofit restores it at a fraction of the cost of a full replacement. We fit multi-spring and hydraulic conversion kits to obsolete mechanical levelers, retrofit hydraulic cylinders and replace pumps. The conversion kits run on parts that are still in production, so equipment the factory no longer supports stays in service.

Yes. Our technicians are fully trained in all aspects of commercial dock and warehouse equipment. With decades of hands-on experience, we deliver reliable service on every project.
